02 / Venue Access & Age Requirements
Our card room, poker lounge, and restaurant dining services are available exclusively to guests aged 18 years and over. Access to the lounge, card tables, and related areas may be restricted to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
Guests must present valid government-issued photo identification upon request from venue staff or management. We reserve the right to deny entry or ask a guest to leave the premises if valid identification cannot be produced or if age requirements are not met.
03 / Code of Conduct
All patrons are expected to uphold a high standard of behaviour while enjoying the restaurant, lounge, poker tables, and classic card games. This includes respecting fellow guests, staff members, and the refined atmosphere of the venue at all times.
Any disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe conduct, including behaviour that interferes with hosted poker nights, private card room experiences, or general dining service, may result in immediate removal from the premises at management’s discretion. Repeat or serious breaches of conduct may lead to future reservation restrictions.
04 / Reservations & Bookings
Table reservations, private poker lounge packages, and dining experiences must be booked through our official channels, which may include in-venue booking, telephone, or our contact and reservations pages at /reservations/ and /contact-us/. Bookings made through unauthorised third parties are not recognised by the venue.
Reservations are non-transferable and must be honoured at the specified time slot and under the guest name confirmed at the time of booking. Late arrivals, changes to group size, or special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. For the Best 10 experience, we recommend arriving slightly ahead of your reserved time to settle into the lounge or restaurant before the first hosted round of card entertainment begins.
05 / Private Poker & Event Booking Terms
Private event and offline poker table bookings require advance notice so that our team can prepare the restaurant, lounge, and card room settings to suit your group. This includes private poker events, corporate evenings, celebrations, and themed card nights arranged through our Events & Private Bookings and Card Games & Packages offerings.
Some packages may require a deposit or minimum group sizes, which will be clearly communicated and confirmed at the time of booking. Specific event formats, card entertainment structures, and hosted tournament-style evenings are tailored to each group and are subject to venue availability and operational requirements.
06 / Dress Code & Venue Etiquette
Smart casual attire is required throughout our restaurant, lounge, and poker areas to maintain the elevated atmosphere of the venue. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or request a change of attire if clothing is deemed unsuitable for the Best10 Opportunities setting.
Proper card room etiquette applies during all hosted evenings and events. This includes following the guidance of our floor hosts, treating chips, table credits, and cards with care, and respecting the flow of each round at the poker tables. Best 10 lounge etiquette is based on courtesy, composure, and consideration for all guests.
